# CleverStaff

Connect CleverStaff so the agent answers candidates about open vacancies and submits applications

CleverStaff is a recruiting CRM. Connected, the agent answers candidates about your open vacancies and submits their applications to CleverStaff. No API key is needed.

## Before you start [#before-you-start]

* **Company alias** — in CleverStaff under **Company** > **Company settings**. It is also the end of your public vacancy page address: `cleverstaff.net/i/my-company`.

## Connect [#connect]

1. **Integrations** > **Add Integration** > **CleverStaff**.
2. Paste the alias (or the vacancy page URL) and click **Connect**.

| ------------- | ---------------------------------------------------- |
| Company alias | e.g. `my-company` — latin letters, digits and dashes |

## After connecting [#after-connecting]

The card shows the organisation and a link to its vacancy page.

What the agent may do is set per agent: **Agents** > the agent > **Integrations** > the integration's settings.

* **Vacancy search** — only vacancies that are open and not hidden from job portals
* **Applications** — submit the candidate to the vacancy
* At least one must be on.
