# RO App

Connect RO App so the agent finds customers, creates inquiries or orders and logs calls

> Full REST + WebSocket API reference: https://api.happ.tools/reference

RO App is a CRM for repair and service centres. Connected, the agent finds the customer by phone, creates an inquiry or an order, searches products and services, and logs calls.

## Before you start [#before-you-start]

* **RO App API key** — **Settings** > **API**, the key of the employee the agent should act as ([open RO App settings](https://web.roapp.io/settings/api)).

## Connect [#connect]

1. **Integrations** > **Add Integration** > **RO App**.
2. Paste the **API key** and click **Connect**.

| Field | Value |
| ------- | ------------------------------------------------- |
| API key | 32 letters and digits from **Settings** > **API** |

## After connecting [#after-connecting]

The card shows the company name and a link to RO App.

**I agree that Happ receives and stores this CRM's data** — optional. Ticked, Happ syncs contacts, deals, leads and activities; unticked, nothing is stored and the integration works directly (assistant tools, call notes). Disconnecting withdraws consent and deletes the copied data.

The card's menu also has **CRM call triggers**, **Copy webhook URL**, **Rotate webhook** and **Webhook logs** — for calls started by CRM events.

What the agent may do is set per agent: **Agents** > the agent > **Integrations** > the integration's settings.

* **Customer search** — find the customer by phone mid-conversation
* **Create** an inquiry or an order, with location and type (required) and status
* **Services in the catalog** — offer services, not only products
* **Log calls** — write each call into the CRM, optionally with the full transcript
