# Slack

Post finished dialogs, calls and manager handoffs to Slack channels

> Full REST + WebSocket API reference: https://api.happ.tools/reference

Slack gets the same notifications as [Telegram](/docs/integrations/notifications): finished dialogs and calls, and chats handed to a manager — in the channels you pick.

## Before you start [#before-you-start]

* Rights to add apps to your Slack workspace.

## Connect [#connect]

1. **Integrations** > **Add Integration** > **Slack**.
2. Click **Add to Slack** — Happ sends you to Slack.
3. Approve access and pick the channel to post to. You are returned to Happ.
4. Add more channels later the same way: card menu > **Add or change channel**.

## After connecting [#after-connecting]

The card lists the workspace and every authorised `#channel`. **Notification rules** in its menu sets what is sent: messages, delivery, analysis and digest. On **Delivery** you route **Finished dialogs and calls** and **Handover to a manager** to all channels or chosen ones, and create inbound links that an agent tool can post to — a link is shown only once.
