# General

Workspace name and logo, transcription model, billing notifications, data requests, delete or leave

**Settings** > **General** holds the workspace-wide settings. Owners and admins can change them.

## Data subject requests [#data-subject-requests]

For a customer who asks what you store about them, or asks to be forgotten (owners and admins):

1. Enter the customer's identifier — phone or messenger handle.
2. **Find and export** downloads a JSON file with their conversations, messages, analysed sessions and calls.
3. **Erase** deletes it permanently: type the identifier back to confirm, and keep the receipt.

Group and channel chats are not included.

## Delete or leave [#delete-or-leave]

* The owner sees **Delete workspace** — type the workspace name to confirm. Everything is deleted.
* Everyone else sees **Exit workspace**.
