# Analysis

Grade every chat and call with monitors, and turn a period of conversations into one report

**Analysis** in the sidebar is where Happ reads your client's conversations for you. It has two tabs: **Agents** — monitors that grade chats and calls one by one — and **Reports** — one document that sums up every conversation of a period.

## Monitors [#monitors]

A monitor is a set of scoring criteria plus an **analysis script** — a prompt the model uses to grade each conversation.

1. **Analysis** > **Agents** > **Create Monitor**.
2. Give it a **Name** and write the **Analysis Script**: what to check and how to score it (e.g. "Did the manager offer a delivery date? Score 0–10").
3. Pick the chats and calls it runs on — only connected messengers and telephony providers are offered.
4. Save. Every new conversation that matches is graded; open the monitor to see the scores and the reasoning behind each one.

## Reports [#reports]

A report analyses every conversation of the chosen period and writes one document. Pick a template:

| Template | What it answers |
| ------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| What customers talk about | Topics, the conversation funnel, service quality and the money behind unanswered enquiries |
| Lost customers | Where and why enquiries stop short of a purchase, which objections go unanswered |
| Potential customers | Who is ready for a next step and what it takes to get there |
| Voice agent scenarios | Call scenarios, questions, objections and real phrasings — the material a voice agent is built from |

Before you order, Happ shows how many conversations the period holds and what the analysis costs. You pay for analysing the conversations; the document itself is free. A report can also run on a schedule — each run analyses the period again and charges credits.
