# Comments

Answer Instagram, Facebook and Rozetka comments from one inbox — by hand or with the agent

**Comments** collects comments under your Instagram posts and reels, Facebook page posts, and Rozetka product reviews and questions. The agent can answer them on its own; you can step in on any thread.

Open it with the **Chats / Comments** switch at the top of the Chats sidebar.

## Connect a source [#connect-a-source]

Until a source is connected, the page offers three cards — Instagram, Facebook, Rozetka — with **Connect**. Each is an integration in the **Comments** category of [Integrations](/docs/integrations).

## Posts [#posts]

The page shows your posts as cards: preview, platform, caption, date, how many comments and how many the AI answered, and a **N waiting** badge. On each card a switch turns **AI replies** on or off for that post. The sidebar filters by platform and has **Needs reply** — posts with comments still waiting.

## Reply [#reply]

Open a post to see its comments as a thread. AI replies are labelled **Assistant**, yours — **Operator**.

1. Click **Reply** under a comment.
2. Write a public reply on behalf of your page and **Send**.

A comment the AI couldn't answer gets **Retry AI reply**. Statuses: **Needs reply**, **Processing**, **On Rozetka moderation**, **Answered by AI** / **Answered by operator**, **Failed**, **Skipped** (with the reason — stop word, AI off for the post, operator took over, no balance and so on).

## Auto-reply settings [#auto-reply-settings]

**Integrations** > the connected comments card > **Comment reply settings**:

| Auto-reply enabled               | On      | The agent answers new comments                                                                          |
| Reply mode                       | Public  | **Public reply under the comment**, **Private reply to direct messages** or both. Rozetka — public only |

| Stop-words                       | —       | Comments with these words are skipped (one per line or comma-separated)                                 |
| Reply to top-level comments only | On      | Skip replies inside threads                                                                             |
