Getting Started
Workspace
Give each client their own isolated workspace for assistants, chats, and billing
Run one client per company so their assistants, integrations, chats, knowledge bases, and billing stay fully separate from everyone else's.
Create a company
- After signing in, click Create Company (it's also the first step after registration).
- Enter the company name.
- Select the preferred language.
- Click Create.
Create as many companies as you have clients. Switch between them with the company selector in the sidebar.
Settings
Open Settings in the sidebar. It has five tabs:
| Tab | Controls |
|---|---|
| General | Workspace name and logo, Company ID (read-only), call transcription model, billing notifications, data subject requests (export or erase one customer's data, admins only), Delete workspace (owner) or Leave workspace (everyone else) |
| Team | Members, invitations by email, roles — see Account → Team |
| API Keys | Access tokens for the Happ API (owners and admins only) |
| MCP | Connect Claude, Cursor and other AI agents through the Happ MCP server — see AI Agents |
| Subscription | Plan, balance and invoices — see Billing |
Chat settings live separately, under Chats → Settings.
Data isolation
Everything is scoped to its company and invisible to others: assistants, integrations (Telegram, Instagram, etc.), chats, knowledge bases, per-assistant tools, phone numbers, and billing. Each company carries its own plan and usage limits.
Next
- Account Management — invite operators to a workspace
- Billing & Plans — per-company plans and limits
- Channels — connect each company's messengers
