Pick a plan per client by conversation volume, choose the billing period, and watch usage spend

Match each client's plan to the conversation volume they handle, pick a longer billing period for the discount, and top up the balance as usage grows.

The billing page lives under the account menu (top-right): active tariff chip in the header, period selector, all plans side-by-side, and payment history at the bottom.

Pick a plan and cycle

  1. Open Account menu → Billing.
  2. Pick the billing period — 3 months or longer gets a discount.
  3. Click the tariff card you want and confirm the amount.

The subscription covers the plan fee. Usage is charged on top, at the plan's per-unit rates.

Moving to a cheaper plan applies immediately and costs nothing. Moving up is a prorated charge for the rest of the period and applies once it is paid. Cancelling keeps access until the paid period ends, with no early-termination fee.

Token usage

Beyond the subscription, every unit of usage is deducted from the company balance: the model's own cost plus the platform fee at the plan's rate — per message, per voice minute, per conversation analysis, per transcription minute.

Track it in Billing: current balance, top-ups and spend over time. The per-message breakdown (input/output tokens and the model used) is in the conversation view. Running low? Top up, switch to a cheaper model, or trim prompts and the knowledge base.

Payments

Every charge lands in the Payment history table: date, amount, status (pending, succeeded, rejected, partially_refunded, refunded) and an invoice to download for accounting.
