Create an agent from a template
Launch an AI agent for your business from a ready template in 3 minutes and try it in the test chat.
What you need
- A Happ workspace with an active plan or trial.
- A short description of your business: what you sell, delivery, payment.
Open the template gallery
In the sidebar click Agents, then Create agent. Templates are grouped by niche: restaurant, hotel, clinic, real estate, car service, online store, beauty salon.
Pick a template and name the agent
Click a card, for example Online store Happ, enter the agent name and click Create. The settings open with a ready prompt and first message.
Make it yours
In Global prompt replace the examples with your data: store name, delivery terms, warranty. In First message write a greeting in your brand voice. Click Save.
Try it in the test chat
Click Test in the top bar and write to the agent the way a customer would. The agent answers from its prompt and knowledge base.
Tip
Put product, delivery and payment facts into the knowledge base: answers get more precise and the prompt stays short.
