Post finished dialogs, calls and manager handoffs to Slack channels
Slack gets the same notifications as Telegram: finished dialogs and calls, and chats handed to a manager — in the channels you pick.
Before you start
- Rights to add apps to your Slack workspace.
Connect
- Integrations > Add Integration > Slack.
- Click Add to Slack — Happ sends you to Slack.
- Approve access and pick the channel to post to. You are returned to Happ.
- Add more channels later the same way: card menu > Add or change channel.
After connecting
The card lists the workspace and every authorised #channel. Notification rules in its menu sets what is sent: messages, delivery, analysis and digest. On Delivery you route Finished dialogs and calls and Handover to a manager to all channels or chosen ones, and create inbound links that an agent tool can post to — a link is shown only once.
