Telegram Bot
Connect your own Telegram bot so the agent answers its messages
A Telegram bot is the alternative to connecting a personal account: customers write to your bot, the agent answers through the Bot API.
Before you start
- A bot token — create a bot with @BotFather (
/newbot) and copy the token it sends.
Connect
- Integrations > Add Integration > Telegram Bot.
- Paste the Bot Token and click Connect. Happ checks the token and sets the bot's webhook.
- Assign an agent to the integration.

After connecting
The card shows the bot's @username. You can connect several bots; one bot can belong to only one Happ workspace.
