Creatio
Connect Creatio so the agent finds contacts, creates leads or opportunities and logs calls
Creatio is a low-code CRM. Connected, the agent finds the contact by phone, creates a lead or an opportunity, searches the catalog and logs calls as activities.
Before you start
- OAuth application in Creatio — System Designer > OAuth 2.0 integrated applications > New, allow the server-to-server (client credentials) flow, save and copy the Client Id and Client secret. Then give the created technical user the System administrators role in System users (how to set it up).
Connect
- Integrations > Add Integration > Creatio.
- Fill in the site address, Client Id and Client secret, then click Connect.
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Creatio site address | e.g. mycompany.creatio.com |
| Client Id | 32 characters from the OAuth application |
| Client secret | 64 characters, shown once when the application is saved |
After connecting
The card shows the technical user and your Creatio address.
I agree that Happ receives and stores this CRM's data — optional. Ticked, Happ syncs contacts, deals, leads and activities; unticked, nothing is stored and the integration works directly (assistant tools, call notes). Disconnecting withdraws consent and deletes the copied data.
The card's menu also has CRM call triggers, Copy webhook URL, Rotate webhook and Webhook logs — for calls started by CRM events.
What the agent may do is set per agent: Agents > the agent > Integrations > the integration's settings.
- Customer search — find the customer by phone mid-conversation
- Create a lead or an opportunity, with stage (required), lead status and owner (default — the technical user)
- Log calls — write each call into the CRM, optionally with the full transcript
