Zoho CRM

Connect Zoho CRM so the agent finds contacts, creates leads or deals and reacts to Zoho events

Zoho CRM is a sales CRM. Connected, the agent finds the contact or lead by phone, creates a lead or a deal, searches the catalog, logs calls, and receives Zoho events (new leads, deal stage changes) on its own.

Before you start

  • A Zoho user with access to leads, contacts, deals and products — the agent acts on their behalf.

Connect

  1. Integrations > Add Integration > Zoho CRM.
  2. Optionally tick the data consent, then click Continue to Zoho.
  3. Sign in to Zoho and allow access — you are returned to Happ.

After connecting

No keys to paste — access comes from the Zoho authorisation. One Zoho organisation can be connected to one Happ workspace. The card shows the organisation, the user email and a link to Zoho.

I agree that Happ receives and stores this CRM's data — optional. Ticked, Happ syncs contacts, deals, leads and activities; unticked, nothing is stored and the integration works directly (assistant tools, call notes). Disconnecting withdraws consent and deletes the copied data.

The card's menu also has CRM call triggers, Copy webhook URL, Rotate webhook and Webhook logs — for calls started by CRM events.

What the agent may do is set per agent: Agents > the agent > Integrations > the integration's settings.

  • Customer search — find the customer by phone mid-conversation
  • Create a lead or a deal, with pipeline and stage (required), expected closing in N days (Zoho requires a closing date on every deal), lead status and owner
  • Log calls — write each call into the CRM, optionally with the full transcript

Help me solve it
