Connect CleverStaff so the agent answers candidates about open vacancies and submits applications
CleverStaff is a recruiting CRM. Connected, the agent answers candidates about your open vacancies and submits their applications to CleverStaff. No API key is needed.
Before you start
- Company alias — in CleverStaff under Company > Company settings. It is also the end of your public vacancy page address:
cleverstaff.net/i/my-company.
Connect
- Integrations > Add Integration > CleverStaff.
- Paste the alias (or the vacancy page URL) and click Connect.

After connecting
The card shows the organisation and a link to its vacancy page.
What the agent may do is set per agent: Agents > the agent > Integrations > the integration's settings.
- Vacancy search — only vacancies that are open and not hidden from job portals
- Applications — submit the candidate to the vacancy
- At least one must be on.
