OneBox

Connect OneBox so the agent finds customers, creates processes and logs calls

OneBox is a CRM/ERP for sales and orders. Connected, the agent finds the customer and their latest process by phone, creates processes (orders or leads), syncs the catalog and logs calls.

Before you start

  • The 'API v2' and 'API' apps installed from the OneBox app store.
  • A dedicated employee for the agent — OneBox keeps one API session per user, and the session takes one user licence. Generate the employee's key on the API v2 keys page.

Connect

  1. Integrations > Add Integration > OneBox.
  2. Fill in the OneBox address, the employee login and the REST API password, then click Connect.

After connecting

The card shows the login and your OneBox address.

I agree that Happ receives and stores this CRM's data — optional. Ticked, Happ syncs contacts, deals, leads and activities; unticked, nothing is stored and the integration works directly (assistant tools, call notes). Disconnecting withdraws consent and deletes the copied data.

The card's menu also has CRM call triggers, Copy webhook URL, Rotate webhook and Webhook logs — for calls started by CRM events.

What the agent may do is set per agent: Agents > the agent > Integrations > the integration's settings.

  • Customer search — find the customer by phone mid-conversation
  • Create processes — with business process and status (required)
  • Catalog — search products while answering
  • Log calls — write each call into the CRM, optionally with the full transcript

  • CRM — all CRM integrations
  • Tools — what the agent calls mid-conversation
